Featured Specimen - Large Multi-Mineral Keokuk Geode Pair! (Click on Images for a larger view). Keokuk Geode Pair lined with Quartz and secondary Calcite, Barite, and Pyrite - each half measures approximately 8 x 7 inches and weighs approximately 13 pounds. Quality Keokuk geode pair lined with quartz and a large 2 inch secondary calcite, 1/2 inch clear to very light yellow barite, and numerous cubic, capillary, and filiform pyrites. The calcite was slightly cleaved when opened but does not detract too much - if the specimen is displayed with the calcite at the bottom it looks fine. Quality multi-mineral Keokuk geode pair.
