Larger sized Uruguayan amethyst geode that contains medium to dark amethyst in a pocket that is a little off centered at the bottom left portion of the specimen. Agate is present in the skin of this geode but is largely non-banded. The specimen does display on its own with no assistance needed but other display methods may maximize the amethyst cavity depending on the lighting and where it is displayed.
