Clear quartz lined Keokuk, Iowa area geode pair with a small pocket of kaolinite and several 5-10 mm calcite crystals. Very minor ferroan dolomite and pyrite is also present. The geode was opened into two halves with a soil pipe cutter and the edges are not polished. Collected at Larry Creek, Hancock County, Illinois. Price for the matching pair is $5.00 plus shipping.
