A plate of sphalerite and massive sulphides is host to several quartz crystals and a scattering of pyrite. The quartz crystals have varying lengths with the longer crystals concentrated mainly in one portion of the specimen with the smaller crystals occurring in groups. Some of the larger quartz crystals are cleaved and typical edge contacting is present. Collected at the Boldut Mine, Cavnic, Maramures Co., Romania. Price is $50.00 plus shipping.
