We will be featuring minerals from various locations in the Midwestern United States on this page.  A special emphasis will be placed on minerals found close to us in eastern Iowa and western Illinois, but additional more well-known localities throughout the Midwest will also be offered.

NOTE:  The code name below each specimen represents the location where the specimen came from ("Linwood" represents the Linwood Mine in Scott County, Iowa, for example).
